Great Talks Most People Have Never Heard 5 minutes read.
James Clear is one of my favorite people to read - I gave his book, Atomic Habits, as a gift for a few friends now. I like this on-going project of his, finding inspiring talks you probably never heard about and covering them (background & transcript). If you have some time at home and looking to read some positive ideas, pick one from James's list every few days and let your mind escape the current situation for a bit.

Deep Dive on Recruiting: "The Team You Build Is the Company You Build" (Thread) 6 minutes read.
Erik Torenberg (highly recommend his podcast!) covers the motivation, process, and tactics for hiring your future teammates. This one is my favorite: "Before you even start sourcing, make sure you have a good JD & reason why you want to spend 100ドルK-200K hiring someone, b/c this should be last resort. Clearly articulate what success looks like. If they're in the role for 12 months, how do you know that they've been successful?"
