Inside Gousto’s Chaos Engineering Hackathon 5 minutes read.
Having a Choas Engineering Hackathon is such a great initiative - I loved the format used by Gousto, where each team gets a broken environment (the team can pick the difficulty level) to debug and fix. It requires some preparation to run well (check out their lessons learned), but I can see how many companies can steal this format and play with it.

Why I Spend 2 Weeks Every Quarter on an Internal Presentation 4 minutes read.
"People are happy because they feel part of the journey. When we discuss as a group how we’ve done and where we’re headed, people feel a part of something greater." -- Mathilde Collin (Front's CEO) shares why she invests heavily in a quarterly presentation to the team. I love it. There is a lot of power to take time and share with everyone the success the company had and take a minute to celebrate. It's so easy to get caught in this race to grow (revenues or users).

Marc Andreessen on Why You Should Be Optimistic About the Future (Video) 44 minutes read.
I always listen to new interviews with Marc Andreessen as I tend to share his optimism (a maker's mind requires such belief), and learn from how he tries to understand the world (e.g. looking at trends and patterns to see progress). I highly recommend listening to his interview with Kevin Kelly on your next commute to work.
