How to Repair the Trust Gap (As CEO) 5 minutes read.
I think that CEOs who will "Share what you’re working on" can gain a lot of trust, as indeed for many of the employees who seek to understand what is being done. Sharing who you are as a person, from hobbies to goals and values, can make you more approachable. These are all good advice for anyeone who manage a large group, where some peopel don't understand the added value. Don't do this to convince (that you're useful,) but rather to promote transaprency.
