Common questions

The app is asking for Health permissions

TredMarx needs access to Apple Health to save your treadmill workouts. You can manage these permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > TredMarx.

My step count seems wrong

TredMarx uses your device's built-in motion sensors. Step counting accuracy can vary depending on how you carry your phone while on the treadmill. Holding it or placing it in a pocket generally gives the best results.
