Certificate Holder #1: SF Recreation & Parks Department

Certificate Holder Information

Coverage Levels Required

• Commercial General Liability: 1,000,000ドル per occurrence and 2,000,000ドル Aggregate

Description of Operations

The City and County of San Francisco and the Recreation and Park Department and its agents, employees and commissioners are additionally insured in single limits applying to physical injury, property damage, and personal injury at Civic Center Plaza, Fulton Plaza, UN Plaza and Don Chee Hardscape Lot from 6/26 to 6/30 in conjunction with the San Francisco Pride Celebration.

Other Requirements

• The Certificate of Insurance must contain a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation to the Certificate Holder.
• All coverage shall be written by insurance companies with a rating of "A" or better in the latest edition of the A.M. Best Key Rating Guide.

Certificate Holder #2: SFLBGTPCC, Inc. and SF Pride

Certificate Holder Information

Coverage Levels Required
