HTML auto wrap

It seems as if the PRINT strings are included in the <FORM> construct.
This causes the natural auto wrapping of text to not work unless you place the text into a TEXTAREA.
Is there a way to separate text from the FORM so that it will auto wrap to the browser's window size?
