Need more about cPanel host details.

Need information to move my website online, I have FTP files covered up, and I went to my cPanel to create a MySeql database. Bot my cPanel is not showing the database option _at all_. Does cPanel not host our website.I thing its MySQL disabled, it might not be showing up in some custom theme Hosting Provider created for some odd reason.Opening a ticket to cPanel isn't so hard,then why they did not work well.If you have any information bout this please share your opinion here.
