SQLite for users of other SQLs. Good for those of us coming from MySQL, SQL Server, etc.

Mostly covers SQLite with LB 3.x and 4.x, but all SQLite code is applicable.

Aimed at PHP, but plenty of straight SQLite stuff. It looks like the code could be converted to RB fairly easily.
