image position in web page

Is it possible to know the coordinates in a web page where an image is displayed?
This is because I get different mouse coordinates (using javascript) when I am developing, when I am running a program full screen, with different browsers, etc.
There should be a kind of embedded routine (ajax or other) that informs the relative position of a mouse click or the position where an image is loaded in a page...

Remember that the runbasic image is loaded server side.

Yes it's possible to position images. Take a look at this: rosettacode.org/wiki/Deal_cards_for_FreeCell#Run_BASIC

However, when dealing with web users, it's a good idea to make everything relative. Users very with the size of their screen and the type of browser, so much easier to stay away from fixed positions.
