No updates have happened in years. Maybe RB is dead.
Carl, at one time, said he would fix the SQLite locks and the memory leaks.He did fix the SQLite locks on Liberty Basic, but for some reason has not brought the fixes over to Run Basic.
Maybe you can contact Carl and ask when the fixes will be done on RB.
Currently RB runs on LB alpha. If he added HTML and net functions to LB, then everything on RB should work on LB.

It could also be possible that there is an error in the code.
