You go above and beyond to make sure your customers understand transactional email. The educational material you provide make me want to use you. But then there is also the fact (which made me seek you out in the first place) that you take deliverability very seriously. You fixed a problem I had with deliverability in Mandrill. An awesome service.

You have an excellent user interface and very good spam reputation service. Combined with the pay-what-you-use subscription a better alternative to Mailchimp and its expensive Mandrill moneymaking machine.

We used to get complaints about emails ending up in spam. After switching to Postmark we’ve had zero issues with that. Really reduced our headaches.

For outgoing transactional mail I strongly recommend Postmark. Had bad experience @ Mailgun and SendGrid with delivery.

Before Postmark we were using SendGrid, but we had lots of problems with the IP reputation, and they wouldn't move us to another IP range. So we decided change providers, and we are very happy with Postmark.
