    1. proposed changes to 100% that seems mostly agreed upon
    3. allow gim and rba
    4. all dungeons required to be beaten
    5. ganon required (no ww to credits)
    6. must get all items the "natural/intended" way or however you want to word it
    8. some examples of what this means
    10. you CAN rba bottles early but still must get all 4 real bottles
    11. you can dupe capacity upgrades (eg deku stick upgrade) because it reaches the highest upgrade
    12. you can rba medallions but still need to beat dungeons
    13. you can gim light arrows but still need to watch lacs
