This has a few potential uses in 100%. The biggest one is that you can now dupe big poes, cutting out almost all of the big poe hunting which saves a bunch of time. Doing jabu as adult is also an option, though it would only be a minor timesave if done.
However the glitch is a bit limited because of the inventory layout. The first item the cursor moves to from either side of the item screen must be an item that you can normally equip, and in addition to that, we can't use magic spells for duping big poes because then it would turn the spell into a bottle. Usually the first item on either side would be sticks/slingshot/boomerang on the left and zelda's letter on the right, all unequippable. The main route ideas right now are skipping sticks/sling/rang until much later and using bottle 1 for the glitch, or RBAing longshot to put a bottle over Farore's Wind slot and using that for the glitch, but then getting FW must be delayed.
Estimated time save is ~3 minutes
The late FW route seems to be the most promising and the route I'm using right now. Below is a google doc with all current route ideas with the route I'm using being the first one.
