我买了一本《Made in USA》,其实是那种学术派的文章,估计跟你这个很像,里面全都是长词儿,不是manufacturing就是economic、agriculture之类的跟我看《the Power of Habit》感觉完全不同,简直是天壤之别,跟看技术文章也不一样,基本上每页都需要查不少次词典才能继续,而且还不能完全领会里面在讲什么。

不过我很惊喜,这就是跳出safe zone以后的阵痛,但是跳出了safe zone,就是成长啊。加油兄弟。

此外,你那本书的英文名字说说,我去买一本:)

主要是看不懂很多单词还是理解不了句子的意思?如果是前者,补充一下单词量,如果是后者,可以先买个中文版看看,回头再看英文版。。。

我觉得看英文的东西,最好要知道自己的水平,找比自己水平高一些的东西看.自己觉得太简单的学不到,难度太大的容易打击积极性,而且学习起来很吃力可能起反效果

基础不太好的,可以从很简单的儿童读物开始,比如绿野仙踪什么的

儿童读物语法肯定简单,但很多名字记起来就会繁琐,比如哈利波特这样的

3楼 @灵感之源 有些地方有是单词不认识。但是也有单词都是好像认识,但是完全不知道他在讲什么。比如抄书中一段。What Has Happened Since 1964 The major change since 1964 has been the rise in interest rates on first-grade bonds to record high levels, although there has since been a considerable recovery from the lowest prices of 1970. 8楼 @gaodeng 我感觉我差不多能懂。其实我觉得应该有个平常心,读中文专业书籍的时候也会有词都认识,但是意思不明白的时候,但是读中文的时候,因为你觉得熟悉,所以不会被吓着,读英文的时候容易自己吓到自己。
