Bio/Description

Vanessa is a doctoral student in the Population and Social Policy Program. She received her BA in Economics and Psychology from Wellesley College in 2021, and spent three years as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. While at the Bank, she provided analysis on projects studying the effects of race on social and labor outcomes. Her current research interests include racial and gender inequality, family demography, and education.
