Jason Fontana
Jason is a doctoral student in Sociology at Princeton and is affiliated with the Office of Population Research. He graduated from Temple University in 2017 with a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish. His undergraduate research focused on immigrant acceptance attitudes and the home-school connection of non-native English-speaking families. Prior to joining the department, Jason spent three years at Research for Action, a non-profit education research organization based in Philadelphia, where he studied early childhood education policy, community school initiatives, teacher diversity, and school resource inequality. His research interests include education, segregation, immigration, and children and families.
