landslide is what we are using right now to create
html slides from RST files. So we are going
forward with building out the structure
to support it for the rest of the project.
Note that the landslide.sh script only builds
for the associate guide right now. As more RST
gets added, the landslide.sh script will be
updated.

This patch adds support to enable neutron LBaaS support in the
training guide's OpenStack installation.
Changes made are as follows
* Pre-download neutron-lbaas-agent to base disk
* Enable LBaaS support on horizon on controller node
* Configure neutron server to support LBaaS with haproxy as provider
 on controller node
* Enable and configure LBaaS agent on network node

The recently introduced AUTH variable does not get correctly set in
setup_cinder_volumes.sh.
This wouldn't get noticed for installations via ssh (because the path in
AUTH incorrectly expanding to "config//admin-openstackrc.sh" happens to
work via ssh), but it breaks installations using VirtualBox shared
folders.

Rename config/scripts.<distro> files to config/scripts.<distro>_base,
making it clear that these distro-specific scripts lists are only
used for the base disk.

A unique name (across node VMs) for each snapshot will make it easier
for test scripts to restore partially built clusters. The names can
always be changed/improved later, what matter to the scripts is only
that they be unique.

Instead of skipping only lines starting with a '#' (comments), also skip
empty lines. For all other lines that are not commands, abort with a
syntax error.

The verification step (test) in setup_cinder_volumes fails because the
compute node does not have access to the api network (noticed with KVM;
our VirtualBox setup hides the problem).
This changeset adds helper functions that allow scripts to make ssh
calls into other node VMs. The script, setup_cinder_volumes.sh, now
runs the tests on the controller node.

After https://review.openstack.org/#/c/144685 merges,
the automatically generated configuration reference
tables will be marked up as
<option>option_name</option> = <replaceable>default_value</replaceable>
As none of this should be translated (option_name is the same
regardless of language), this patch updates generatepot to ignore
option_name s tagged with <option> for translation.
This should significantly reduce the number of strings required for
translation from the common directory in particular, where
many of the 8000-odd strings do not actually need translation.

Mac OS X exports LC_CTYPE=UTF-8 to our ssh environment which makes the
keystone install fail (results in a Python traceback complaining about
"unknown locale: UTF-8").
This patch uses LC_ALL=C to override all locale settings.
The previous, limited work-arounds for neutron are no longer needed and
removed.
