* rabbitmq_management_bind_tls_port

* rabbitmq_management_ssl

RabbitMQ was migrated to the new-style config, which resides in

``/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.conf``. Old config ``rabbitmq.config`` will be

removed during upgrade.
