787634eeb5 Updated the installation tasks to support remote venvs 
The changes bring the role inline with others to make it possible
to download a pre-built venv.

34dbe553d5 fixing up the template 
The template for cloudkitty.conf was mostly hard
coded. This change adds the variables to many of
the hard coded things.
