remove ansible_python_interpreter
ansible_python_interpreter is now set to auto in the tests repo. it doesn't need to be overwritten in the test anymore. Depends-On: https://review.opendev.org/734676/ Change-Id: Iad9eca9922613631e1300bd7fb0e380d03e1aa35
