openstack-ansible-haproxy_server/templates at 8168af663584e3487bb6ba92cc4f9f93bce18abd - openstack-ansible-haproxy_server - OpenDev: Free Software Needs Free Tools

Certbot-auto is deprecated since 2020[1] and it is no longer available
under https://dl.eff.org/certbot-auto.
This change removes certbot-auto from haproxy_server role leaving
distro method as the only available option.
