Tom Barron 1382baf491 Use "-c ${CEPH_CONF_FILE}" in cleanup_ceph_remote 
Add config file argument to ceph commands in cleanup_ceph_remote
function so that it will cleanup properly if CEPH_CONF_FILE has
a non-default value.
