Biography
In her role as Special Projects Officer in the Office of International Programs (OIP), Jaclyn Assarian contributes to a wide range of initiatives across OIP and Partnerships and Workforce. This includes partnership management (including agreements and contracts), grant writing, sponsored program management, communications, faculty programs, and other efforts. To this position, she brings almost 20 years of experience in international higher education and an extensive background in federally sponsored exchange programs, most recently as Recruitment Lead for the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program at the Institute of International Education.
She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and her Master's degree in International Education from the George Washington University.
