Nice to relax in a sleepy beachside town after a few weeks of more active travel around Morocco. Feels way more western & European compared to Marrakech and other towns I've visited here, and French seems to be the main language.
Such a vibrant place with great food and amazing architecture. The biggest tip I found: get out of the souks (the busy streets) and into the amazing garden courtyards, like the le jardin secret and the Bacha Palace (which had the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted).
Nice long stopover for a week, before heading down to Morocco. Great fun to return to this city after living in nearby Kingston-Upon-Thames for 5 months back in 2017! Just as incredible as I remembered. Fun to catch up with a client for a spot of bouldering as well.
