Birthday trip to Lisbon :)
Last months in NYC & prepared for move to Portugal
Lisbon feels more modern & lively than Porto, yet retains its historic charm. Visited my expat friend at her bookshop (Well Read), where she was hosting a creative meetup-discussion about Rick Rubin's book. Will definitely be back!
Proposed to my (now) fiance - one of the happiest moments of our lives :) Met some of her relatives who live there, enjoyed the beach and great food. Will be back!
Tapas are delicious. The Gothic Quarter is striking and lovely to wander, but las ramblas was quite crowded with tourists. And Park Gรผell is overrated! Tibidabo gave us the best view of the city. 3-4 days was enough time to explore the city. We liked it, didn't love it, and I don't think we'll be back any time soon.
Short trip. Flew in during worst flooding & downpour in 100 years!!! Besides the rain, enjoyed the city. Attended Korea Blockchain Conference and my close friend's birthday. Definitely worth exploring more.
Spent 2 weeks in Saigon working in-office and exploring the city. Loved it! Felt safe, friendly expats, locals are very hardworking & respectful
