NKZD Labs is led by Nima Nikzad, PhD — a data scientist and AI engineer who has spent years turning machine learning into production software that real businesses run on. Most recently I architected and delivered a major agentic automation platform at a Fortune 500 company, where I built and led the data science function for nearly five years.
There I led a team of data scientists and ML engineers shipping production systems across document processing, generative text, and automated customer communication — including agentic AI that runs real operational workflows end to end. I owned the MLOps behind it too: models deployed as scalable Kubernetes microservices, monitored and maintained in production, not left as demos.
I started NKZD Labs to bring that same rigor to teams that don't have a senior AI function of their own.
