You are invited to register for Wikimania 2017, being held from August 9 to August 13 in Montréal, Canada! Wikimania is the annual conference celebrating Wikipedia and its sister free knowledge projects with three days of conferences, discussions, meetups, training, and workshops. Hundreds of volunteers and Free Knowledge leaders from around the world gather to discuss issues, report on new projects and approaches, and exchange ideas.
This year's Wikimania features five keynote sessions from world-renowned experts such as Susan Herman and Esra'a Al-Shafei, more than a hundred community-submitted talks and workshops, and two days of pre-conference activities such as a Hackathon and Wikicon North America!
The event is held in and around Le Centre Sheraton Hotel Montréal. Registration closes on July 31 with early registration discounts ending on July 10. All are welcome, whether you're an expert, enthusiast, beginner, or just curious!
