Very nice site! spam. Please block these IPs for at least one week as they are repeatedly abused. I've noticed that IPs used for VNS! spam has been used not only for one session. This IP-address is not globally blocked or locally blocked in wikis where you have edits, so there is nothing to unblock or give exemption to. This IP-address is only locally blocked on Wikipedia in Dutch where you today have no edits. When I use free internet access via hamburg.freifunk.net (a charitable NGO based organisation of the civil society like wikipedia by the way), I get blocked for editing, even though I am logged in. Why should my IP-address be a concern, when wikipedia knows my login? What is the difference to my other access providers, where I am not blocked? German Telekom gives me a new IP-address every day and in the office I share the same IP adress with 5000 colleagues. What is safer or better for wikipedia there? The message I get is:

user:Ich Pilot and his sockpuppet user:B88 and etc has been blocked in wikicommons for edit-warning and Abusing multiple accounts and vandalism. While in English wiki he was blocked for vandalism. He keeping vandalism and edit-waring in different wiki projects Here you can see that he has been blocked for edit warring and his sockpuppet account user::Zwanzig 20 you can see how many times he was in edit-war and vandalism.

User:B88 still doing harassment and still insulting, here insulting me in my Arabic page. He Wrote Christian dirty dog and anther insulting I can't even write here but you see it in Google translate he cross here the whole line and he even insulting as Christians dogs despicable and dirty in different pages and here also in English wiki, you can see some example for one of the personal attacks that done by user:B88 : by user:B88 attack my personal page and putting pictures calling me fascists and another picture as: If Jesus came kill him again!. he still doing Personal attack directed for me: by user:B88 attack my personal page and putting pictures calling me fascists and another picture as: If Jesus return kill him again!. he still doing Personal attack directed for me: using low level of word, using low level of word in my Arabic page which called me a Christians Monkey!!! here you can also see some of assaults on multiple articles as here, and here

I've locked his accounts and blocked some of his IP addresses. Unfortunately he has quite a few, so blocks will not be able to completely stop him. The block was made by Ajraddatz (meta.wikimedia.org). The reason given is Abused open proxy..

First of all, I was able to edit after the block had started, and I have not abused my accounts in any way, shape, or form. Your IP is blocked as a part of a global rangeblock on 65.49.0.0/17, which has many open ports and much abuse has come from it. The block is anonymous only, so if you have an account then you'll be able to edit still. If you need an account (though you suggested you had two already), you could request one from the account creation system since enwiki is where you want to edit from. I think all accounts, which have name (Schniggendiller and all modification, Schniggi is the same user, Itti and all modification, Der Hexer and all modification) and this kind really need a hide, please.   As far as I can see, only around this photo. Now he deletes all pictures from "Belgorod" pages (most likely for the reason that I nominated for deletion his photo on Wikimedia Commons). Now I have another idea, in the case of Avoided: Why we don ́t global block his IP, then he can ́t produce more account. I think this is a possibility, because he isn ́t only in the German active, he is also in the English and French Wikipedia (see the first query on my documented list). The problem with the IP is, he produce every day more than five account.

It has been several months now. I am requesting unblock. I have read all the policies. I have proposed some good edits. I will not sock puppet again now having the consequences. Monitor my talk page for some edit proposals. I realized that blocks are to prevent disruption, not to punish. I will assume good faith to the community, assuming that the community is doing the same. I am sorry for sock puppetry. I have read the welcome page to see what good edits I can make. My new reason to be on Wikipedia is to participate in community discussion, copyedit, revert and report vandals, and clean up bad articles. I promise not to sock puppet again. Hello, I am requesting an unlock for Samotny Wędrowiec. There is at least one other person who uses this IP address to edit Wikipedia, but right now it is I - the owner of said account - who is posting this and I was always the only person who used that account (just to make things clear and avoid misunderstandings). The reason why I was blocked is mostly due to my intentional actions (though I wasn't thinking straight at that moment and my decisions were not rational, but made on an emotional impulse). I was becoming increasingly frustrated with a certain group of users who were combating all of my constructive edits and kept reverting them, usually without getting involved in the discussion at all and ignoring the consensus that was achieved there (some of my uploads were also targeted by unreasonable copyright infringement accusations and subsequently removed, the arguments of which were based mostly on their points of view rather than facts).

This frustration reached its zenith following three months of pointless struggle at this page, which resulted in an outburst of unreasonable and inappropriate behaviour on my part (I acted similarly on the Polish Wikipedia, where POV-pushing is at its worst and the entire encyclopedia is used almost like a propaganda machine). I actually wanted to get banned permanently so that I would not feel inclined to waste my time on arguments that are impossible to win against people who will just sweep you under the carpet. Upon realizing that my actions were not enough to warrant a lock, I vandalized the pages of Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Roman Dmowski - knowing that this would receive attention. I was right and my account was blocked shortly thereafter.

Of course, I realize that my behaviour was completely inappropriate and I should not have lost my temper under any circumstances (I guess the worst thing you can do on the internet is indeed lose your temper, as traces of the effects will always remain in one form or another). However, after a month away from Wikipedia and not being able to log in, I've decided it's time to return. You can see that before my outburst of anger I made countless constructive contributions to Wikipedia using that account, including the creation and expansion of numerous articles, as well as the uploading of various files - some of which have not been removed and simply cannot be accused of infringing anything.

I believe that I have learned my lesson and I wish to become a valuable member of this project again. If given the chance, this time I would try to take a different approach; I would take things less seriously, I wouldn't let myself get provoked or lose my temper and I wouldn't insult other users even if I felt they'd given me plenty of good reason to do so (be that through edit warring and ignoring discussions, harassing me or abusing their power). Now I am also more familiar with the whole process of locking and what constitutes it.
