Reverting deletion templates

- Hello. The subpage was deleted, thereby returning the main page of the translation to its previous appearance without translate. Here is the deletion of the subpage. User:Mike Novikoff
I need an important decision for Mike Novikoff (talk · contribs · CA) who had repeatedly abused cross-wiki. The previous block on Wikidata on June 20, 2020, for intimidating behavior, harassment, and personal attacks after this warning message posted by an admin per talk page to intended to stop, another block (which had recently multiple times) on Russian Wikipedia since February 12, 2021, for trolling, revealing private information and cross-wiki spam (which his email disabled).
