Hello Suyash.dwivedi. This proposal has not passed the eligibility review, and will not go to the conference grant committee for review. There are many incomplete sections in this proposal, notably in the community input, context and participation sections. We understand that the idea to send Wikimedians to the World Hindi Conference was discussed at the Hindi Wikipedia Conference in January, however the proposal does not present a plan for what exactly your group proposes to do at the conference, or what you would do after the conference to follow up on any outreach and awareness building work. We recommend that one or two members of the Hindi Wikimedia community apply for a Rapid Grant to attend the conference. In the Rapid Grant proposal, you will need be specific about how you will participate in the conference and what follow up activities you will do.
