Proposal
This is a project that gives room for all readers of all part sister wiki project to access and express what they wish to have on wiki,rate us, complain about what they don't like. They could also wish to register to wiki's which is also allowed. The email will be the sign in to this page. Many people will be there to answer their questions they could discuss about what they have learn and how wikipedia contributed to human life. They will be for all nation's and all language. You can also add a new task to it.
Discussion
Sorry but this proposal is unclear to me—what are you actually proposing? If you're suggesting a place in which editors can propose potential new Wikimedia projects and new features for the Mediawiki software, that already exists and you're on it. If you're proposing a place for people to give feedback about individual WMF-run projects, it wouldn't make sense to have it at the meta (or Meta) level; if you have a concern or suggestion regarding (for example) German Wikiquote, it generally makes far more sense to discuss it at German Wikiquote where the people who are qualified to comment on the proposal are going to be found, and—equally importantly—where you're not going to waste the time of those people who aren't involved with German Wikiquote. (As a slight aside, this is Meta, not Wikipedia. Talk of "how wikipedia contributed to human life" is unlikely to be received positively here; there's already justifiable resentment at the manner in which Wikipedia regularly claims to speak for a movement of which it's just a single part.)
