There is no option to unblock only account creation, but we can create an account for them if they can email their desired username and email address to stewards@wikimedia.org. @Vituzzu: I still dont see any block log after Billinghurst's block removal log, Can we remove this block again, as there are collatral damage? 155.254.0.0/16 IP range was blocked by a collegue for spam, unforutnately we dont have an option to unblock a single IP from a range. I had modified the block to allow registered users. I'm not an IT expert, but I know our company just signed up for a new fiber optic line and this error popped up. Would you kindly review the block, to confirm that nothing has changed since 2015?
