Global blocks don't affect Meta-Wiki, so if your IP address or account is blocked, you can still appeal here. IP addresses or accounts that cause disruption on Meta should be reported at Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat instead of here so that they can be blocked locally.
Please describe the kind of cross wiki abusive activity you see from the IP or account. Saying an IP or account is a long term abuser is not helpful, but saying "IP vandalizes at ban.wikipedia, no.wikipedia and vi.wikipedia" is. This is especially important for range blocks. If you do not provide enough details, your request might be declined.

Global block for Cross-wiki meaningless pages vandal

Status: In progress

They are cross-wiki vandals, who create useless pages chiefly at wiktionaries in the same manner. Some of the pages are with the same title.

S/he tried to avoid deletion of the such pages at sh.wiktionary.org by removing notices. I assume that all four may be sockpuppets of 124.239.251.55 (currently globally blocked). --Eryk Kij (talk) 10:17, 5 July 2017 (UTC) Reply

They are the same person and a cross-wiki vandal on many projects. He's been active for serveal months and I've blocked 1.180.215.0/24, 1.180.237.0/24, 124.239.251.0/24 on zh-classical.wikipedia and 1.180.215.0/24 on zh.wikiquote. He also has a fixed IP 219.147.88.191. Maybe we should request for blocking:

Please, consider unlocking IP 93.104.210.103 from the 93.104.208.0/21 network. This IP belongs to a hosting company and currently is assigned to my server.

Note: Most webhosts are generally blocked from editing Wikipedia due to abuse, however, there's likely a way that you can receive IP block exemption. global unlock for GALAXYA8

I am just GALAXYA8's sockpuppet. I must use only my original account user:GALAXYA8 and it has an email address. if steward unlock my original account, i will be unlocked and i can edit at kowiki again. also, GALAXYA8's username is violation, other user said to me, "your name is violation. please change your username with request." so i should change my username too. in kowiki, someone sysop said to me, "if unlock your account, you will be unblocked and can edit again." i really want to use my original account. before my ip address,user:175.117.14.235 was write my opinion at user:Jerrykim306 was written request. but request was refused and my ip was blocked for 1 month. my ip is open proxy, i don't want to use open proxy. now, please unlock my original account user:GALAXYA8. it is not crosswiki abuse and i didn't do disruptive edit. i am waiting for my original account is unlock. don't revert or refuse this request and don't global lock or block i am using this account. i am not crosswiki abuse or LTA or abusing sockpuppet --Kim9933 (talk) 08:54, 21 July 2017 (UTC) Reply
