I guess that you refer to the page I deleted on the Mediawiki wiki. The Mediawiki wiki is for documenting the Mediawiki software. So any other material is off-topic for that wiki and was deleted. Hi. My guess is that their current IP-address is blocked, and that they think that it's their account that is blocked. Sometimes it's a local block of the IP-address, or a short block that has expired at the time someone start looking into it. Hi, I would notice that yesterday a user removed lots of signatures (including mine) on Response to 2017 ban in Turkey. I added back 'em all, following the order before deletion. I also added back two signatures that yesterday were above (ZiLù and Usho19) and were removed (but in this case I don't know who vandalized). Anyway, LUPO (that answered above) didn't removed 'em, but fixed my mistake (they weren't the first who signed). So, I tried to fix adding both users in chronological order. Of course, due to the persistent vandalisms, the order is a bit confused, and I tried to list them as accurately as possible. Hi. I don't know the procedures on these wikis, but from a general point of view if you risk flooding the "recent changes"-page you need to use a separate Bot-account that will receive the bot-flag. The bot-flag is issued by a Bureaucrat (or a Steward if there is no local Bureaucrat) normally after some test that shows that everything is working as expected.

If you edit in a slow pace with one to two edits per minute it could be OK to do the edit from your normal account, but it's up to the local community to decide how they want to have it. -- Tegel _(Talk) 16:42, 26 June 2017 (UTC) Reply

Hello Tegel, I think you few times helped at Mongolian Wikiedpia. We have certain edit war and vandaliser's rampant action problem in last 2 days and we do not have any admin help. One serious vandaliser who constantly changes his IP is inserting multiple copyright infringed articles and alongside from different IPs vandalise other articles. Can you or your other collegaues deal this problem?? His most vandalism practicer IP is this ‎66.181.160.45 the last two digits constantly changes. his more camouflaging kind of IP is this : 203.91.115.40 usually last two digits changes every day. another camouflaging IP: 112.72.11.111 (last digits changes often) I hope you have some ways to stop this sophisticated kind of vandalism.
