Duggan was a male Terran who lived in the mid-23rd century.
In an alternate timeline experienced by Emperor Philippa Georgiou via the Guardian of Forever, Duggan, who was part of Gabriel Lorca's coup against Georgiou, was captured in 2255 by the ISS Discovery. He was executed by Michael Burnham while he was in the brig before Georgiou had a chance to interrogate him. (DIS: "Terra Firma, Part 2")
Duggan was played by Daniel Kash.
