Blue was a Kerkhovian who lived during the 23rd century.
In 2259, Blue approached Nurse Christine Chapel, Lieutenant Erica Ortegas, and Ensign Nyota Uhura after they entered the Kerkhovians' interdimensional space to seek medical assistance for Spock, who had earlier been transformed into a full Human by the Kerkhovians. Blue noted that a complaint outside the response period was irregular, and departed after Chapel asked to speak with Yellow instead. (SNW: "Charades")
