Capsule
Capsule
A capsule is a term coined here for a stadium of revolution, i.e., a cylinder with two hemispherical caps on either end.
The capsule is implemented in the Wolfram Language as CapsuleShape [{{x1, y1, z1}, {x2, y2, z2}}, r].
A capsule with cap radius r and cylinder height h has volume
| V=pir^2(4/3r+h) |
and surface area
| S=2pir(2r+h). |
