Issues encountered while launching the IDLE of python 3.7 64-bit I downloaded recently.

Does Python itself run?

How did you try to launch IDLE?

Python-list (and hence the gmane newsgroup mirror) is a no-attachment 
list. So the picture was detached. Copy and paste the text if you can 
or re-type the contents of a Windows error box.
