Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this message when I attempt to open IDLE? 
"IDLE's subprocess didn't make connection. Either IDLE can't start a subprocess or personal firewall software is blocking the connection."
I am running Windows 10 Home on a 64bit machine.
I am running Python 3.5.2. 
I have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling but no luck with that.
