Install python 2.6 and python 2.7 on Windows

I'd like to install python 2.6 and 2.7 on Windows?
In fact I have already 2.6 installed and would like to additionally 
install 2.7
When clicking on .py file I'd like to execute it with python 2.6
If I really wanted to run 2.7 I'd call the code with
%SystemDrive%\Python27\Python program.py
Thanks in advance for tips.
