Using CGI with POST

Hello,
The form looks like this:
 <form method=GET
action="http://www.lineup.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi">
 <table align=center>
 <tr>
 <td><input type=text name="terms" size=40></td>
 <td><input type=submit value="Search!"></td>
 </tr>
 </table>
 </form>
I got the name wrong, I do look for "terms" in the cgi script.
There is only the one element posted.
