[Python-Dev] Is some magic required to check out new files from svn?

It reports nothing.

The full svn status output is

Just for the heck of it, I tried "svn revert Include/code.h" and got
 Skipped 'Include/code.h'
code.h is not mentioned in Include/.svn/entries.
