It won't change this, though: reindent.py only removes all-whitespace
lines at the _end_ of a .py file, never embedded all-whitespace lines
(it only trims the latter, to plain \n). Philip also inserts empty
lines at the end of his files, so he will have an endless battle with
reindent.py there.
