netbsd-help: USB cameras

Not sure what's going on here, so if anyone can help shed some light on this 
one, i'd be very grateful. 
Got two USB cameras, one running in PTP mode and another cheap webcam. More

gphoto2 is supposed to detect the camera running in PTP mode, but isn't. I 
also edited the source to phpsview to add support for the cheap webcam, and 
it still can't be detected. 
Is there something weird going on with the USB I/O here or am i missing 
something?
