Pretty weard.
My xf86config is:
 Section "InputDevice"
 Identifier "Keyboard0"
 Driver "keyboard"
 Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
 Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
 Option "XkbLayout" "fr-latin9"
 EndSection
When I put on a shell: setxkbmap -print I get the answser:
xkb_keymap {
 xkb_keycodes { include "xfree86+aliases(azerty)" };
 xkb_types { include "complete" };
 xkb_compat { include "complete" };
 xkb_symbols { include "pc/pc(pc101)+pc/fr-latin9" };
 xkb_geometry { include "pc(pc101)" };
};
When I put on a shell: setxkbmap us, I get the keys">" or "<" .
When I put on a shell: setxkbmap fr-latin9, I lost the keys">" or "<" .
When I put: setxkbmap -rules xfree86 -model pc105 -layout fr-latin9 
everything seems ok. But I can't understand why it doesn't work from the 
beginning ?
