netbsd-help: xemacs won't compile

 I'm still trying to install xemacs20 on my mac68k, 1.3.3. Below is the
last message I got before it stopped. I just installed the new pkgsrc to
see if this might help. But this was the result:
 /usr/pkgsrc/editors/xemacs20/work/xemacs-20.4/lib-src/profile.c: In
function `get_time':
/usr/pkgsrc/editors/xemacs20/work/xemacs-20.4/lib-src/profile.c:64: too
few arguments to function `gettimeofday'
*** Error code 1

This is my command line for the make
make NO_CHECKSUM=yes USE_MULE=yes USE_XFACE=yes
The MULE is for the multi language enhancement, but I'm not sure
what the XFACE is. Does any one know about the XFACE?
 Also below is the Makefile I used for xemacs20. 
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
