netbsd-help: FTP daemon

Hi. I am trying to setup the NetBSD FTP daemon to allow only a certain
amount of anonymous users at once. Does anybody know which file these
settings go in? I checked the man pages for ftpd and could not find a
thing about this setting. Also is there any file out there that will show
me how to set this up correctly? Thanks a lot.
