netbsd-help: How do I use S/key ?

Hi
 
Is the skey stuff in NetBSD-1.0 complete? Everything happens as advertised 
in the man pages, but how does one go about actually USING skey?
 
Oh, small question - where is the latest FAQ kept? I peeked around
ftp.netbsd.org - a logical place I thought. Even if its too big/not the 
right place/link too slow place to keep the FAQ how about a pointer like:
The.FAQ.is.at.willy-nilly.com.Ernst! :-)
