Improve error message when scm element is missing from a child pom ------------------------------------------------------------------

In the log file, I can see that it knows exactly which pom is missing the element: INFO | jvm 1 | 2008年02月25日 11:16:35 | 2008年02月25日 11:16:35,530 [SocketListener0-7] ERROR MavenBuilderHelper:default - Missing 'scm' element in the ExampleWebapp POM. (This happened because the child project did not have a <parent> element.)
