this is an initial implementation report 
The current developers version of Jena includes an rdf parser (ARP) that 
passes all the APPROVED positive and negative parser tests as currently 
identified by the large Manifest on the web.
The parser code is unchanged since the release of Jena 2 beta 1
(the test harness code has been updated)
An updated report including Jena's ability to pass semantic tests will be 
posted in the next three weeks.
To run the tests try
 java jena.rdfparse --test
